You don&#8217;t just drop into someone&#8217;s inbox and expect them to buy.</p><p>Let&#8217;s say I&#8217;ve got a prospect who&#8217;s a perfect fit for my programme, but they don&#8217;t really know me yet. I&#8217;ll build a workflow that reminds me to:</p><ol><li><p><strong>Show up on their content</strong> &#8211; Engage with their posts so I&#8217;m on their radar.</p></li><li><p><strong>Build rapport </strong>&#8211; A structured way to stay top-of-mind without being pushy.</p></li><li><p><strong>DM at the right time </strong>&#8211; Drop a message when I&#8217;ve build some relationship.</p></li></ol><p>Or maybe I have a referral partner who regularly sends me leads. I&#8217;ll set up a workflow that prompts me every few weeks to check in, keep the relationship going, or simply say hello.</p><p>It&#8217;s intentional. It&#8217;s structured. And it works.</p><h3>Goggle is My Memory</h3><p>I never want to lose a hot lead because I forgot to follow up. Every time someone DMs me about my programme, I <strong>immediately</strong> save them in Goggle, add them to a workflow, and tag them as an inbound lead.</p><p>This way, I always know exactly where I am with every prospect - without trying to keep it all in my head.</p><p>Or worse have this big complicated tool, where I get lost in it or spend hours in it rather than talking to people.</p><h3>The
