I don’t rely on my brain to remember who I need to follow up with. I build workflows for every type of relationship I have on LinkedIn:

Let’s say I’ve got a prospect who’s a perfect fit for my programme, but they don’t really know me yet. I’ll build a workflow that reminds me to:
Show up on their content – Engage with their posts so I’m on their radar.
Build rapport – A structured way to stay top-of-mind without being pushy.
DM at the right time – Drop a message when I’ve build some relationship.
Or maybe I have a referral partner who regularly sends me leads. I’ll set up a workflow that prompts me every few weeks to check in, keep the relationship going, or simply say hello.
It’s intentional. It’s structured. And it works.
Goggle is My Memory
I never want to lose a hot lead because I forgot to follow up. Every time someone DMs me about my programme, I immediately save them in Goggle, add them to a workflow, and tag them as an inbound lead.
