I’m not the most organised person. In fact, I’m horrific.
I have a few problems which don’t help.
I spend a lot of my day-to-day working with clients, so I can’t be on LinkedIn all day. So much happens in the day it’s hard to keep tabs on where I am up to with potential leads.
But the big one for me is that, on average I’ll have around 7 touch points with someone before I get them on a Zoom call. Rewind to 2018, I could get 20 meetings with one message.
So, I use GoggleCRM every day to help me keep to a process.

The simple task list and checkboxes - The workflow is set up, all I have to do is the tasks.
Daily reminders what to do - GoggleCRM emails me every morning with my task list and it’s in the dashboard every time I log in.
Never lose a lead - Even when I’m busy, I know exactly where I am up to and never lose someone in noisy LinkedIn inbox or forget someone.
